Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Billing & Invoices
- Once a payment is completed, an invoice will be emailed to you.
- You can also download your invoice from the My Appointments Page.
Transaction Security
- All payments are securely processed via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Your card/banking details are not stored on our servers.
Dispute Resolution
- If you experience a payment failure but your money is deducted, contact Razorpay Support or email munshiratanhospital@gmail.com.
- Disputes will be resolved within 5-7 business days.
