Welcome to Munshiratan Gastroenterology & Cancer Clinic. By booking an appointment and making a payment through our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website using the available time slots.
  • The booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Patients must provide accurate details while booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept online payments through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • All payments are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted gateway.
  • Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS after a successful transaction.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • No refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The clinic is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect appointment details provided by the patient.
  • We are not liable for any technical failures on the payment gateway’s side.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
