Welcome to Munshiratan Gastroenterology & Cancer Clinic. By booking an appointment and making a payment through our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Appointment Booking
- Appointments can be booked online through our website using the available time slots.
- The booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
- Patients must provide accurate details while booking.
2. Payment Terms
- We accept online payments through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- All payments are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted gateway.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS after a successful transaction.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- No refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The clinic is not responsible for any loss due to incorrect appointment details provided by the patient.
- We are not liable for any technical failures on the payment gateway’s side.
6. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
